# Refer a patient to BioRevive

We welcome referrals from allied health providers across all of our services. One form, one point of contact, we'll take it from there.

## A collaborative approach to integrative care

BioRevive offers a range of integrative medical services, from regenerative injection therapies and naturopathic medicine to integrative hormone programs and IV therapy. When you refer a patient to us, we treat your relationship as part of their care team. We'll communicate findings, coordinate timing when clinically relevant, and refer back when appropriate.

Timely intake

We aim to see referred patients promptly and will confirm receipt of your referral within one business day.

Clinical communication

We're happy to share relevant findings with you directly, just indicate your preference on the referral form.

Coordinated care

For injection therapy referrals, we'll flag the optimal window for your next session with the patient.
