Discounts on AlumierMD products and other treatments are also included depending on your tier. CAN I ROLL OVER UNUSED TREATMENTS? Yes, but roll-over benefits are available only for Silver and Gold members. Any unused monthly treatments in these tiers can roll over to the following month, allowing you to save toward higher-value treatments or plan your schedule around your lifestyle. DO I NEED A CONSULTATION BEFORE STARTING? Yes. All aesthetic memberships require an initial consultation and assessment to ensure that the treatments chosen are safe and effective for your skin and body goals. ARE MY TREATMENTS CUSTOMIZED? Absolutely. Each membership plan is flexible — your monthly treatment selections can be tailored to your specific needs, goals, and skin health journey. HOW DOES THE HYDRAFACIAL® PERK WORK? Memberships include one HydraFacial® perk per year, which can be applied toward a treatment of your choice. Additional perks can be purchased at your membership tier discount on additional treatments. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A MONTHLY TREATMENT? Missed treatments in Bronze cannot be rolled over, but you are encouraged to book in advance to maximize the benefits of your membership. Silver and Gold members can roll over unused treatments to a future month. ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS OR RESTRICTIONS?
